Kindred the Family Soul is a husband and wife duo like Ashford and Simpson..Sonny and Cher, etc. This duo put out a great first album called “Surrender to Love” .. it was a great testament to being married and being a young black couple trying to survive the hardships of a relationship. The album is really really good and so is their stage presence .. so good Jill Scott pretty much recommended them [and got them signed] to HBR.

Some of my most fav’s on the album were “I Am”… this song really got the attention of people I had played it for. Also, the next fav was of course the singles “Far Away” and “Stars”… but other tunes that were really good were “Weather the Storm” and “If I” and “Meant To Be”… these were hidden hits, really good stuff.

Well Aja and Fatin were surprised when they saw the site I created.. it was one of my first complete flash sites I had created. They are a great inspiration to their community and I truly wish they continue to make great music inspiring others…

Kindred The Family Soul’s Surrender to Love Site was one of the first sites I created… haha… okay when you take a look at this thing please remember that… it’s cool but not as complicated as some of the recent stuff I’ve done.. but is one of my Vintawj’ sites. I would definitely like to revisit this site and make it up to date..
